Abstract

This article examines the factors associated with the non-observance of the vaccination calendar for
Penta 3 and Var 2 vaccines in children aged 0 to 23 months in the N'djili health zone. Through a
descriptive and analytical study, we have identified various elements influencing parents' membership
with vaccination recommendations, in particular socio-economic, cultural factors, and linked to access
to health services. The results highlight the importance of rigorous monitoring and an evaluation of
vaccination programs to improve vaccination coverage and reduce the risk of vaccination preventable
diseases.
