Abstract

This article studies, on the impact of the socio-economic and political evolution of scientific research and technology, on the
other raises the problem of the obstacles that hamper the emergence and development of the sector of scientific research
technology for the sustainable and genuine development of the Congolese nation. This side –to- side analysis of the same
difficulties might bore elders. It seemed very important to us to do so in order to make our voice heard by the country’s rules.
