From the epidemic to the covid-19 pandemic. Assessing the international community through the prism of cooperation

Abstract
The context is that of the pandemic that has been plaguing our planet since December 2019. This epidemic, which began in the People's Republic of China (WUHAN) will spread across the rest of the planet, thus generating multiple and disastrous consequences. In this regard, we note some, particularly on the health, economic, political, socio-cultural levels. Thus, we would like to assess the effectiveness of the actions of States, and mainly international Organizations, in the face of this peril that has threatened humanity. To achieve the objectives of this study, the analytical-synthetic and historical approaches will be useful in the period 2019 to 2022 and will provide significant input. As for the expected results, we will assess the actions of States and international organizations.
