Abstract
The Democratic Republic of Congo knew tumultuous reports/ratios of co-operation with Belgium. These reports/ratios suffered from the tensions and normality during the decades. The advent of the third legislature of the Third Republic revitalized the relations that had been strained in previous years. The recent visit of King Philippe of Belgium was sealed by the bilateral agreements of economic co-operation attesting a new era of the good agreement between the two countries. On what the economic co-operation between Belgium and the Democratic Republic of Congo is based? The population congolaise does it benefit of this bilateral co-operation? Ultimately, the population congolaise does not benefit repercussions of the redynamisation of the economic co-operation between Belgium and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The bilateral co-operation in the sectors of mines, of small and medium-sized undertakings, in transport and hotel trade does not support with a very high threshold, the economic growth because of the lack of capacity of management of Congolese.
