Impact of the Investment Rate on Politico-development economics of the DR Congo from 2018 to 2023

Abstract
The DRC is a country potentially rich in all kinds of minerals which struggles to develop when there are countries next to us like the Rwanda and Angola which are developing more and more. This aspect of things made us ask questions about the reason for the economy stagnant situation in which the DRC is languishing, so the investment rate touched to make us realize and push us to set our sights on this subject: “The impact of the investment rate on political development economy of the DRC, analysis and outlook from 2018 to 2023”.Therefore, we will use two methods, namely: The method history and the dialectical method. And using the technique documentary and observation. Finally, we have divided into two chapters which are the literature on the evolution of the investment rate in the DRC, and the DRC in the crucible of its development.
